Entry Requirements
1. Non-Chinese Citizen;
2. Age below 40 years old and in good health;
3. Bachelor Degree diploma and transcript;
4. Satisfy the language proficiency requirements for the Major speciality.
5. English-Taught Program, requirement of English proficiency certificate as following：
(1)To submit a TOEFL or IELTS or Duolingo transcript, in principle, the TOEFL score must be 80 or higher, and the IELTS score must be 5.5 or higher, and the Duolingo score must be 100 or higher.;
(2)The applicants that use English as the language of instruction at high school, may use the language certificate issued by the high school;
(3)Applicants from countries where English is the official language are exempt from proof of English language proficiency.
If the applicant cannot provide the above proof, the final tutor and department could evaluate your language level according to the interview or written test.

Scan copy of Passport Photo Page and Blank Page. The passport expire day should later than September 2026.
*3. Certificate of No Criminal Conviction
It needs to be issued by the relevant department of the applicant’s country, and the validity period is six months. If it is not possible to provide it at the application stage, the Undertaking for a Clean Criminal Record in attachment 5 can be signed as a temporary substitute document.

*5. Notarized Highest diploma Certificate
Applicants should provide certificate of your undergraduate and graduate degrees. If the applicant is a student, he/she must submit a certificate of enrolment issued by the school he/she is attending. Documents in languages other than Chinese or English must be attached with notarized translations in Chinese or English.
Graduation certificate must be certified by the Chinese Embassy (Consulate) in your country or notarized by a notary office in China.*6. Transcripts
Transcripts should be including all courses taken in undergraduate up to the most recent semester. The transcripts should be issued and stamped by the Registrar's Office of the school that you are attending or the relevant student management office. Transcripts should be provided in Chinese or English. For languages other than Chinese or English, an English translation and notarization are required.
Transcripts must be certified by the Chinese Embassy (Consulate) in your country or notarized by a notary office in China.*7. Two recommendation letters in Chinese or English by professors or associate professors from the University of the applicant
The focus of the content should include the requirements of the applicant's study objectives in China, as well as the evaluation of the applicant's comprehensive ability and future development.

The deposit certificate issued by the bank in the applicant's name of not less than RMB 50,000 or equivalent in foreign currency.This is limited to the applicant at his/her own expense
*9. Study plan in Chinese or in English (no less than 1000 words)
Please expatiate on the major or research field you would like to study at DUT, and this needs to be signed by the supervisor.

Please download the template, print it and go to do physical examination in hospital and ask the hospital to fill it according to your results, sign it and stamp it then send us the scan copy of the complete form; Medical examination results will be valid for 6 months; The medical exam MUST cover all the items listed in the Physical Examincation Form; Incomplete records or those without the signature of the attending physician, the official stamp of the hospital or a sealed photogragh of the applicants are invalid

The Blood Test Report should include results of HIV, Syphilis/V.D.R.L, HbsAg and HCV.
