If you want to book our translation service, please pay and book it at least 2 weeks before the application deadline for submission of all documents;
If you want to book our guardian service, you need to pay and book it 2 months before the application deadline, just in case your application fails because of failed to submit application documents on time.

*1. Certificate of No Criminal Conviction

It needs to be issued by the relevant department of the applicant’s country, and the validity period is six months. If it is not possible to provide it at the application stage, the Undertaking for a Clean Criminal Record in attachment 5 can be signed as a temporary substitute document.

*2. Recommendation Letter

A letter of recommendation from your high school principal or teacher(Signature of referee with email address and contact number).

*3. Self Statement/Study Plan

The language should be written in English or Chinese?not less than 600 words.

*4. Blood Test Report

The Blood Test Report should include results of HIV, Syphilis/V.D.R.L, HbsAg and HCV.

*5. Financial Certification

The deposit certificate issued by the bank in the applicant's name of not less than RMB 50,000 or equivalent in foreign currency.This is limited to the applicant at his/her own expense.

*6. Certificate of HSK

*7. Passport first page, visa page (please ensure continuity).

Scan copy of Passport Photo Page and Blank Page. The passport expire day should later than September 2026.

*9. Transcripts

Transcripts should be including all courses taken in high school up to the most recent semester. The transcripts should be issued and stamped by the Registrar's Office of the school that you are attending or the relevant student management office. Transcripts should be provided in Chinese or English. For languages other than Chinese or English, an English translation and notarization are required.
Transcripts must be certified by the Chinese Embassy (Consulate) in your country or notarized by a notary office in China.

*10. Notarized High School Diploma

If the applicant is a student, he/she must submit a certificate of enrolment issued by the school he/she is attending. Documents in languages other than Chinese or English must be attached with notarized translations in Chinese or English.
Graduation certificate must be certified by the Chinese Embassy (Consulate) in your country or notarized by a notary office in China.

*11. Foreigner Physical Examination Form

Please download the template, print it and go to do physical examination in hospital and ask the hospital to fill it according to your results, sign it and stamp it then send us the scan copy of the complete form; Medical examination results will be valid for 6 months; The medical exam MUST cover all the items listed in the Physical Examincation Form; Incomplete records or those without the signature of the attending physician, the official stamp of the hospital or a sealed photogragh of the applicants are invalid

*12. CSCA Test Transcript(s)

-You need to take the official CSCA test organized by the Chinese government and submit the corresponding subject result transcript(s) when applying. Learn more about the CSCA test >>
-The test covers Chinese (Humanities and STEM Chinese), Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry. Mathematics is required for all programs, while other subjects depend on the university’s specific requirements.

Once the updates are ready, you can check the attachment and information here for this university for the latest information. If no attachment is available yet, it usually means the university has not announced further details.
-Applicants holding an HSK Level 4 certificate (for Chinese Language – Business Track: HSK 4 score 180 or above; for Chinese Language – International Chinese Education Track: HSK 4 score 210 or above, and HSKK Intermediate 60 or above) are exempt from the Chinese language (Humanities Chinese)subject in the CSCA test.

Tips:
For applicants who are in China: If you are an employee, you still need to provide employment separation certificate and your current residence permit. If you are a student, you need to provide transfer certificate, leaving certificate, certificate of attendance rate issued by previous school and your current residence permit.
